The Smith NoMad

230 Fifth Avenue welcomes the popular American brasserie, The Smith. The fourth location will open in Manhattan’s NoMAd in 2015. The14,000 square foot space located at 1150 Broadway at the corner of 27th Street will feature an expansive bar area, two private dining rooms, and a large Raw Bar. The Smith in NoMad will be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. “We are thrilled to bring The Smith to NoMad. This exciting area is developing rapidly with more apartments and hotels announced every day and hundreds of companies already present. NoMad is in need of a neighborhood restaurant like The Smith – a local spot that is geared towards the people who work and live nearby,” said managing partner, Jeffrey Lefcourt of the expansion. Jeffrey Lefcourt and Chef Glenn Harris are co‐founders of the The Smith (www.thesmithnyc.com) and Jane (www.janerestaurant.com).
