We are committed to keeping the building safe and healthy. We encourage people to stay home as needed, but the building is still open to tenants and staff if you need access. The building is not open to contractors and all other visitors are required to sign in.
Our 230 Fifth Avenue staff is taking extra sanitary precautions and safety measures. For those of you seeking more information, we put together a list of useful resources to better assist you.
It’s certainly not an easy time, but with perseverance and your support, we will find a way. Our hearts go out to everyone effected and a special thank you to all the essential workers who are helping us through this difficult time. Stay safe, be well, and we hope to see you soon!
We use highly effective products and protocols to sanitize the building.
We have increased the daily number of scheduled disinfecting and sanitation times for all spaces.
We are disinfecting high touch areas such as door handles, knobs, elevator buttons, and all surfaces, every other hour.
Packages delivered through the freight are being disinfected upon arrival.
We are placing all mail and packages inside of their respective spaces.
We have installed additional anti-bacterial hand sanitizer stations throughout the lobby.
We have “socially distanced” the elevators since traffic is low. Only Elevators 2 & 4 are operational.
Complimentary hand sanitizers are being distributed to everyone.
We will continue to monitor the situation and CDC website, and follow any new guidelines as they become available.
